London Euston
Please note : London Euston is undergoing a huge upgrade in relation to the HS2 programme. Images presented in the library are for reference only. The location itself will vary from what is pictured whilst work is undertaken so recces are recommended.
The current Euston station was built between 1963 and 1968. Characterised by its industrial look, Euston has a textured concrete ceiling. Other features within include a large concourse with a mezzanine overlooking the departure boards, corridors, tunnels and wide platforms. Outside, there is a forecourt - home to several food retailers.
Euston Station is perfect for a period shoot (1960s or later) and the platforms can double for a station anywhere in the world.
Previous productions include: Giri/Haji (Joe Barton, 2019), Top Boy (Netflix, 2019), Wild Rose (Tom Harper, 2018), Edie (Simon Hunter, 2017), Treacle Jr. (Jamie Thraves, 2010), The Hard Way (Michael Dryhurst, 1979) Schizo (Pete Walker, 1976), It Happened Here (Kevin Brownlow and Andrew Mollo, 1963), Play it Cool (Michael Winner, 1962), No Love for Johnnie (Ralph Thomas, 1961), Indiscreet (Stanley Donen, 1958), Train of Events (Basil Dearden & Charles Chrichton, 1952), I See Ice (Anthony Kimmins, 1938).
