About our service
We own, maintain and develop the railway throughout Great Britain. We manage the biggest and busiest railway stations along with hundreds of other properties – everything from tunnels and viaducts to offices and even beaches!
As a one-stop-shop we’re here to do the hard work with our colleagues to help you get the permissions you need. Our filming managers are experts at unlocking locations having organised thousands of shoots between them. We’ve helped every type of project from student shorts to Hollywood blockbusters, making some really ambitious scenes happen in the process.
Don’t know where you want to film? We can help you find a location - also as we represent High Speed 1 too we’re offering more than ever before.
For filming in any of our locations we will :
- Provide you with a dedicated single point of contact
- Arrange scouts, recces and meetings
- Offer advice on your proposals and guidance on our safety requirements throughout the planning process
- Troubleshoot issues where we can
- Give you clear fees and costs up front
- Issue location agreements and invoices
- Be on hand every step of the way!

Outside the M25
We represent High Speed 1 stations and car parks for larger projects.
For other stations you'll need to approach the relevant train operating company (TOC). You can find a list of the TOCs - along with information on the stations they manage - on the National Rail website.
